The Need

Lion Travel and XINMEDIA were collaborating to put on a two-day Life in Style Festival at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei with activities and vendors that are a reflection of travel in and out of Taiwan.

Before the event started, there was also a media day where members of the media, influencers, KOLs, and other VIPs were invited for an early, sneak peek at the festival setup and its various activities. Lion Travel and XINMEDIA needed ice cream that was not only representative of Taiwan and travel, but also a plating presentation that was Instagram worthy.

How Elliot’s helped

Full service ice cream cart

For the pre-festival media day, Elliot’s worked with Lion Travel and XINMEDIA to design a special presentation of the ice cream for the media and VIP guests.

Because the festival site was so large, we provided full service ice cream carts for the festival, complete with spoons, cups, napkins, and our own ice cream scooper staff.
