Meet Elliot Eliot

Founder & Head Chef Eliot Sun’s love for ice cream began in childhood, and over time, he honed his craft through eating a lot of it and experimenting by making his own. While traveling the world to sample various ice creams, he shared his experiences on Instagram, which caught the attention of notable brands and restaurants. Despite lacking formal culinary training, Eliot’s background in math and science allowed him to write the ice cream algorithms and AI that generate high-quality, precision-driven recipes, ultimately leading to the founding of the Elliot’s brand.

The double “L” in the name playfully nods to the frequent misspelling of his own name, now an endearing part of the brand’s identity.

Where to find Elliot's

Elliot’s Ice Cream is currently sold exclusively in Taiwan to businesses: restaurants, hotels, cafes, bars, corporations, consumer brands, events, and more.
